Summer!
Finally! Today is the last full day of school! Tomorrow my first grader goes for one hour to pick up his report card, and my preschooler goes for 25 minutes (I'm not exactly sure why!!) And then it is Summer Break!
So much has happened since the last summer break!
Last summer I...
Was pregnant with baby number 4!
Had a husband home 24 hours a day, except for the night of July 1st which he spent in a hospital recovering from spinal surgery!
Had three little kids running around wishing they had something better to do!
Prayed my husband would get better and be able to work again someday!
Had a membership to the Brookfield Zoo!
Lived in front of the air conditioner!
Spent a lot of time at the in laws pool!
Wished that the school year would start so my children could be experiencing fun, wonderful new things!
This Summer I will...
Not be pregnant, but still look like it!!
Have a husband that works, way too many hours! I guess I really did enjoy having him around!
Four little kids running around, wishing they had something better to do!
Be thankful that my husband recovered, even if he's still broken, and has a wonderful job and a hope for the future!
Have no memberships anywhere, but would love to find a summer camp!
Live in front of the air conditioner -- somethings never change!!
Spend a ton of time at the inlaws pool!
Wish for the school year to start for my new Kindergartener and 2nd grader, and yet watch them growing up everyday, wishing they were little again!!
Most fun of all, teaching a 7 month old to walk! He's just a couple of short months away!!

This blog was created as an outlet for my ramblings due to the fact that I have no adult conversation for weeks at a time! I work entirely for myself and I do earn income through blogging. I do have links on this site that are both paid for and listed just for the fun of it!
You should assume that I have a motivation for any link on this site. Just because I mention something, or like a product--this does not mean that it’s right for you. As with politics, do your own research and form your own opinion.
