We are having some people come out this week to see about a Home Warranty. We had one on our house in Arizona and it saved us a fortune! We need to hurry and do it while everything still works and runs good enough to cover. They will cover every appliance from our garage door opener to our washer and dryer. From the stove to the air conditioner. They even cover dehumidifiers, which is great because we have a big one in the basement!
We've been in this house since September 1st, and it's the one thing that I've wanted from day one that I haven't gotten around to doing. So this is like an early Christmas present for me!
